At Ballard Yards, our two-bedroom apartments are designed with a mix of the classic and modern — the way the Ballard neighborhood celebrates its Nordic heritage while constantly growing.

Luxury Apartments

All our units have everyday luxuries to make your day-to-day easier. Every apartment had full-sized, contemporary front-loading washer and dryer. Our keyless entry system ensures tight security. Rolldown shade and LED lighting helps you keep control over the atmosphere.

Modern Kitchens

Kitchen finishes include modern wood-look full-overlay cabinets with soft-close features, white subway tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, and designer faucets. All appliances are stainless steel, and the fridge has French doors. The stoves are electric. One of our most unique amenities is pantries in every kitchen — our residents love them!

Vinyl-Plank Flooring

The space itself has vinyl-plank flooring throughout and an open floor plan. We installed oversized windows, and many of the apartments have fantastic views of the Ballard harbor.

You won’t crave anymore closets because we have plenty of storage space in our 2 bedroom layouts. There are closets in the entry way, in all bedrooms, and in the kitchen (although that one’s called a pantry).
